Free Issue Aluminium Anodising
Free Issue Aluminium Anodising
We provide a professional free issue aluminium anodising service for customers who supply their own aluminium extrusions or components for finishing. Our in-house anodising facility allows us to apply high-quality anodised coatings to customer-supplied materials with reliable turnaround and consistent finishing.
With extensive experience in aluminium finishing and tanks capable of accommodating long extrusion lengths, up to 7.5M, we can support manufacturers, fabricators and individuals who require dependable anodising for their own materials, whether that be one-off requirements or ongoing projects.
Anodising Service for Customer Supplied Aluminium
Our free issue anodising service allows customers to supply aluminium parts, extrusions or assemblies which we then anodise to the required specification.
By offering anodising as a subcontract finishing service, we can provide a convenient solution for companies who do not operate their own anodising facility but require high-quality surface finishing.
All processing is completed in-house, ensuring full control over preparation, anodising thickness and colour consistency.

Anodising Finishes Available
Natural / Silver Anodising
We provide natural anodised aluminium finishing in coating thicknesses ranging from:
- 5 micron
- 10 micron
- 15 micron
- 20 micron
- 25 micron
Natural anodising produces a clean silver aluminium appearance while improving corrosion resistance, surface hardness and durability.
This finish is widely used for component parts, architectural aluminium extrusions and general aluminium profiles requiring protection depending on enviroments.
02
Anodising Finishes Available
Electrolytic Colour Anodising
In addition to natural anodising, we also offer electrolytic colour anodising for aluminium extrusions and components.
Available colours include:
- Light Grey
- Light Bronze
- Medium Bronze
- Dark Bronze
- Black
Electrolytic colouring produces highly durable finishes with excellent colour stability and weather resistance, making them suitable for architectural and external applications.
03
Long-Length Anodising Capability
A key advantage of our facility is the ability to process long aluminium extrusions in our anodising tanks, up to 7.5M (dependant on the extrusion design).
This allows us to anodise extended extrusion lengths without cutting, improving colour uniformity and reducing handling risks.
Our long-length capability makes us particularly well suited to finishing aluminium profiles used in construction, architectural applications and large fabricated projects.
