Brushing Process & Equipment

Our brushed aluminium finishes are produced using a combination of hand-finishing techniques and specialist machinery, allowing us to achieve a consistent and controlled surface across a wide range of aluminium profiles.

We utilise equipment such as the LOEWER SmartGrinder, which enables uniform brushing of aluminium extrusions while maintaining consistent grain direction and finish quality.

This combination of manual skill and controlled processing ensures:
